A wine that mirrors the great Apache warrior – Geronimo – who was also a shaman, incorporating his fighting features but also his wisdom and mysticism. A wine that links heaven and earth.
Grape varieties: Galego Dourado, Sercial (both varieties combined, in ratios that changes lightly every harvest, produce a wine rich in subtleties).
Vinification: fermentation in French oak vats and maturation in stainless steel deposits, with very soft batonnage. Cork closure.
Tasting notes: discreet in the nose, clean, with citric sensations, green apple and damp stone. Mineral, very classy. In the mouth it is rich, profound, with a vibrant acidity, once again the citrus notes, apple, very mineral and fresh. Great persistence.
